Excellent fresh choices, from tuna, shrimp, octopus, salmon, and crab. Delicious mix ins and sauces. Pineapple soft serve ice cream is always great. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

High quality poke by high quality people. We both liked what we got. Even the brown rice is delicious here. They have lots to choose from, and they will help you figure that out. For a franchise shop, this place is spotless and only the best ingredients are used. The owners are very nice and work very hard to give you great poke. The bowls are biodegradable, and they bus your tables too. If you live in this area and you like poke, you should support them. I wouldn't say they're cheap, but nothing is anymore, and for the quality and amount you get, it's very reasonable.

One of the best poke places in Central Florida! The food was incredibly fresh, and the restaurant was immaculate. The owner, who helped us, was very attentive and friendly—it was my wife’s and my first time there. Definitely recommend the Dole Whip; it complements the bowl perfectly! We’ll definitely be back and will be regular customers from now on.

Island Fin Poke is absolutely delicious! We had 3 build your own bowls and they were a hit with our family. We were also given some pineapple mango dole whip which was fresh and tasty. The service was quick, friendly, and very accommodating. Highly recommend visiting this poke spot!
